• Founded in 1956, United College is one of the three constituent Colleges of CUHK

• In 2023-2024, the total number of the College’s scholarships, awards and financial aid is over 1,800 and the total value is around HK$11 million, in which admission scholarships are offered to new students with excellent academic result or achievement in social services, sports or arts. • Provides ample opportunities for students to participate in overseas study tours and social service learning programmes under the College’s Globe-oriented Active Learning (GOAL) Programme through a wide range of scholarships. The College also organises a Service Learning Internship Programme (SLIP) to provide internship opportunities for students to work in the overseas NGOs.

• Situated on a beautiful campus with well-equipped facilities, including a library, a gymnasium, a physical fitness room, a microcomputer laboratory and a creative media studio, etc.

• There are 4 student hostels which accommodate 1,288 students and 2 non-residential halls. Construction of the 5th student hostel is in progress and it is estimated to be completed in 2025 which will provide an additional 250 hostel places for students.
