AntiScam Awareness Quiz

Welcome to The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)!

The University has noted a substantial rise in scam cases in recent years. To enhance students’ awareness of scam prevention, all students admitted in the 2026-27 academic year and thereafter are required to complete and pass the “Anti‑Scam Awareness Quiz”:

  • By 30 September 2026 (for students admitted in 2026–27 Term 1); or
  • By 31 January 2027 (for students admitted in 2026–27 Term 2).

Students admitted in the middle of a term or those having a different term pattern as above, must complete the quiz within 30 days of the date of admission.

Students who fail to fulfil this requirement by the specified deadline will not be able to use their CU Link Card to access the campus main entrance, book sports facilities, access the Library, or enter any departments or colleges (including student hostels) via the Central Door Access System managed by the Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC). The CU Link Card will also not be usable for assembly or class attendance taking.

The University places a top priority on students’ safety. The implementation of this quiz aims to enhance students’ knowledge and awareness of potential scams. You are therefore strongly advised to complete the quiz at your earliest convenience by logging in to Blackboard (after admission/completing student registration):

Blackboard -> Courses -> Anti-Scam Awareness Quiz

Thank you for your cooperation.
