New non-local undergraduate students who will participate in student-led orientation activities in August 2026 may apply for pre-term on-campus accommodation prior to the official hostel move-in dates. For arrangements and contact details, please check here.
| Important Note: Due to limited capacity, accommodation in International House (I-House) and College hostels may not be able to meet all requests. All applications are subject to availability and final approval by I-House and the respective Colleges. |
(a) Non-local undergraduate students attending the below Student-led Faculty/ Department Orientation Camps:
- Student-led Faculty/ Department Orientation Camp from 17 to 19 August 2026 (Batch 1)
- Student-led Faculty/ Department Orientation Camp from 21 to 23 August 2026 (Batch 2)
(i) Non-local undergraduate students requiring accommodation before or after the above Student-led Faculty/ Department Orientation Camps may apply for Summer Residence at I-House from 14 to 27 August 2026, subject to availability. (Application form)
(b) Non-local undergraduate students attending the below Student-led College Orientation Week:
- Student-led Meet & Greet Days for New Incoming Students from 28 to 30 August 2026
- Student-led College Orientation Camps between 31 August and 5 September 2026
(i) Non-local undergraduate students registered for the Student-led Meet & Greet Days for New Incoming Students who require accommodation during this period may apply for special accommodation in I-House from 27 to 31 August 2026, subject to availability. (Application form)
(ii) Non-local undergraduate students may also contact their assigned College after the College Affiliation Announcement (21 August 2026, Friday, 3:00 pm) to enquire about hostel arrangements.
Note: Hostel availability and arrangements may vary among Colleges due to limited capacity.
(c) Exchange students attending orientation activities organised by the Office of Academic Links (OAL)
